Works are progressing well at Church Hill Street housing site in Smethwick. Site A (plots 12 – 20) the superstructure build is ongoing and roof trusses are starting to be installed. At Site B (plots 1 – 11) the substructure build to plots 1,2,3 has started and the piling mats are being prepared for plots 4 – 11.
