Works are progressing well at Harvest View Extra Care Home in Rowley Regis, with the laying of the tarmac base course to the rear courtyard. Ground floor rooms are being cleaned ready for laying of vinyl floor to corridor, furniture is being fitted to first floor rooms and plastering of walls and mist coat is being carried out to the second floor.
