Urban Design and Building Services recently underwent their annual surveillance visit by Centre For Assessment and successfully retained ISO9001 Quality Management registration for all their areas of activity.
The assessor commented that the personnel questioned were very knowledgeable of processes and are encouraged to continually analyse, review and challenge all aspects to drive meaningful improvement in service delivery.
The continuation of ISO9001 registration for UDBS recognises their commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement the service area strives for.
