Work is currently progressing to refurbish three tower blocks, each 12 storeys high, on the Lion Farm Estate, Oldbury.
The project, valued at £9.5million, commenced Autumn 2017 and is due for completion Spring 2019.
The blocks will be insulated externally, windows and balcony doors replaced and a new pitched roof to replace the existing flat roof will reduce to a minimum the need for maintenance.
Each block has its own identity, using different coloured fire resistant cladding panels chosen after extensive consultation with the tenants.
The external areas around the blocks will be fully landscaped with level access pathways and improved car parking layout.
