Beaconview, Broome, Stanton and Sheapecoate Houses, four high rise tower blocks on the Charlemont Farm Estate, West Bromwich, recently refurbished to designs by Urban Design and Building Services, have been shortlisted in three categories of the RICS Midlands Awards 2016.
The awards, which consider aesthetics, community benefits, regeneration of the area and sustainability showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments within the West Midlands Region.
The shortlisted categories are Residential, Regeneration, and Infrastructure. The winner of each category will go forward to the national RICS Awards later in the year.
The completion of the project concludes the refurbishment works to a total of nine high rise blocks carried out by Urban Design and Building Services on the Charlemont Farm Estate since 2009.
