Sandwell MBC are delighted to have been shortlisted as finalists for the prestigious UK Housing Awards 2019.
The award recognises the council’s success in redeveloping disused sites to provide new rental council homes for local residents.
The design and delivery of the projects is facilitated by the council’s Urban Design and Housing Partnerships Units.
